Internal Sprints.
Every major level concludes with a 1-week intensive bootcamp. We transform the learning environment into a professional "War Room" simulating the pressure of international software contracts.
The 72-Hour Build
Squads have 72 hours to build a functional module based on a real-world problem statement provided by Opengates technical leads.
Engineering Squads
No solo work. We use Pair-Programming and internal Peer Reviews to ensure code quality meets professional BPO standards.
The Showcase
Live product demonstrations where squads must defend their architectural choices to SIR management and external CEOs.
The "Broken Code" Policy
A presentation is only successful if the demo is LIVE. Students must prove they have pushed their code to GitHub and deployed to a staging environment. Zero tolerance for static slides.

Selection
Criteria.
K-Node is an elite residency. We identify students with the highest technical potential and the professional grit required for global-tier engineering.
Technical Prerequisites
100–200 hours of documented coding practice. Fluency in at least one logical language (JS, Python, C++, etc.) and basic Git mastery.
Formal Education
Successful completion of secondary education (high school). Valid certificate or equivalent documentation required for admission.
Engineering Grit
Demonstrated capacity for independent problem-solving and the physical/mental stamina for an 08:00 – 16:40 intensive schedule.
